Request for Quote for “Supply of exhaust fans for Consulate Office Building”

The U.S. Consulate General Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation for the “Supply of exhaust fans for Consulate Office building”, as described in the attached solicitation documents.  

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation document.  Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

RFQ TIMELINE:

• Deadline to submit technical queries: Tuesday, August 05, 2025 by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Thursday, August 14, 2025 by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov

• Overseas vendors intending to participate in this bid must specify whether they have service support available in Chennai, India, and provide details of past performance.

Please mention in your quote the applicable delivery charges for both option 1 & option 2 listed below.

Option 1: Delivery at our consolidated delivery location: SUVI LLC, New York DA office (DA_NY), 2801 Route 130, Unit 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

Option 2: Direct air shipment (CIF charges) to Chennai, India.

2. Other than U.S. Vendors:

Please mention in your quote the applicable delivery charges (CIF charges) for direct air / sea shipment to Chennai, India.

Consulate will take care of custom clearances.
