SUPPLY OF TRUE HEPA PARTICLE FILTER (SET OF 3) FOR 500/600 SERIES OF BLUEAIR PURIFIER, MODEL-503, BLF-500PA

American Embassy, New Delhi (India) invites you to participate and submit your best competitive offer for “Supply of True Hepa particle Filter (Set of 3) for 500/600 series of Blueair Purifier, Model-503, BLF-500PA” to the U. S. Embassy in New Delhi (India). If you are interested in participating in the bidding process, please carefully read and follow the instructions in Section-3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form (SF-1449) accompanying this letter.

All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via email to mehtan@state.gov by 1500 hrs. (India Time), 30 July 2026.  Responses will be provided to all contractors who have expressed interest in doing business with the U. S. Government.  No questions received after 1500 hrs. (India Time) 30th July 2026, will be answered.

Quotation Submission:

• Deadline: On or before 02:00 PM, 11 August 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No bid will be accepted after this time.

• Submission Method: Please submit your quotation via email to newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered for evaluation. Please refer to the solicitation for complete details.

• Important: 

• The file size must not exceed 10MB.
• If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
• Do not send quotation via courier or to any other email address.
• Quotations that are incomplete, submitted incorrectly, or received after the given deadline will be rejected and handled in accordance with FAR provision 52.212-1(f).

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We anticipate making an award based on initial quotations without discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.

5. Proof of SAM Registration

Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting and offer. If registration cannot be completed before award, the contractor must be registered within 30 days after award or at least three days prior to submission of the invoice, whichever occurs first.

Offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they intend to respond to this requirement.
