Description

The purpose of this contract is for services inclusive of all labor and supervision necessary to use the Government's Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System 2nd Generation (MII) cost estimating software application to develop 4,202 (from scratch) project item assemblies associated with each asset component replacement action. These assemblies will be built from construction tasks in the MII Cost Book (or with custom-built user items developed by the contractor when necessary).
