SWING SPACE TRAILER LEASE

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to McGrath Rentcorp (CAGE: 0PJ96), 5700 Las Positas Rd, Livermore, CA 94551, as a follow-on to continue the lease of the existing trailers in-place of approximately 46,000 square feet of modular administrative buildings (Swing Space Trailers) to support 400 personnel at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. 

Period of Performance: 01 February 2026 – 31 March 2029

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, McGrath Rentcorp, under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) under 41 U.S.C 1901.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement of Swing Space Trailers.  This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all responses for the Swing Space Trailers received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be reviewed/considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contact:
