    The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Sydor Instruments LLC, 78 Schuyler Baldwin Dr., Fairport, New York 14450-9100.

    The purpose of this acquisition is to procure a Ballistic Yaw Sensor System and Velocity Screen systems, etc.  for the FBI.
