Synopsis for Computed Tomography (CT) Systems Maintenance The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for preventative maintenance and emergency services of radiographic Computed Tomography (CT) systems. This maintenance requirement includes periodic maintenance and software updates in addition to repairs and material purchases if necessary. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract on a sole source basis for preventative maintenance and emergency services of radiographic Computed Tomography (CT) systems. The proposed awardee is: North Star Imaging Incorporated 19875 S Diamond Lake Rd, Rogers, MN 55374 THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. All responding sources must email their correspondence no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on 07 April 2026 to Claudia Segura at claudia.p.segura2.civ@us.navy.mil.
