The Defense Logistics Agency J7 Acquisition Operations Office in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania intends to issue Solicitation SP3300-25-Q-0052 to General Dynamics for the acquisition of TACLANE-Flex and TACLANE-10G encryption devices on a sole source basis. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
The requirement is for the purchase of TACLANE-Flex device and TACLANE-Bundle device. These High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptors (HAIPE) provide end-to-end encryption for data in transit, protecting classified information. This notice is a synopsis of the government’s intent to award a sole-source purchase order, as required by FAR 5.201. The contract award is expected to occur on or about 4/19/2026.
