SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION MATH BOOK BINDING AND RESTORATION SERVICES - USMA LIBRARY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Math book binding and restoration services for the Library at the United States Military Academy (USMA). The estimated period of performance is estimated for 01 October 2025 – 30 September 2026.

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 323120 – Support Activities for Printing with a size standard of 550 employees and FSC/PSC of T011.

 In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
