On or about 30 April 2025, the Government intends to issue a synopsis for an Unrestricted Military and Civil Architect-Engineering (A-E) design services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a target of five (5) firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) awards for a total of $200M in shared capacity. These Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services are for preparations of studies, analysis, and design services for Military and Civil projects within the USACE Northwestern Division (NWD) under NAICS 541330. The Government will limit task orders under this MATOC to firm-fixed price (FFP). This MATOC will have a five (5) year performance period (one 5-year base period, and (0) option period).
These IDCs will include projects for various types of horizontal and vertical facilities, structures, and sites, on military bases and other federal installations, as well as civil projects for the Corps of Engineers. Examples of military projects may include barracks, hangars, utilities, battalion headquarters buildings, access control points, religious facilities, brigade and company operations facilities, officer quarters, and various others. These projects may include new construction, renovation, or maintenance of facilities. Each task order to be issued will fully describe the design project or the accomplished studies and will identify all work to be accomplished.
Please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM. Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from date of submission or update to SAM. Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via https://SAM.gov. Registration is required to access solicitation documents. The website https://SAM.gov provides secure access to acquisition-related information, synopsis or presolicitation notices and amendments.
