The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific has requirement for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services to provide on-going analytical, engineering, and programmatic support for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) development, integration, and sustainment activities supporting GEOINT mission capabilities.The PIEE Solicitation (SOL) module does not currently support a formal Question and Answer (Q and A) feature. Accordingly, all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer identified herein no later than 01 April 2026 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered.
