The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below. An itemized quote, delivery period, and technical spec sheet MUST be included with your submission in order to be considered technically acceptable.
