Offerors are instructed to thoroughly review the attached solicitation (SF 1449) for all instructions, conditions, and applicable clauses. Representations & Certifications - Completed Reps & Certs if not fully updated/active in SAM.gov.
Required Provisions - Completed certifications for FAR 52.204-26, DFARS 252.204-7017, and DFARS 252.204-7016.

The Government will thoroughly evaluate all proposals for supply chain risk prior to award in accordance with Federal and DoD acquisition regulations. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value. Awards will be made based on the following three evaluation factors:
