To obtain this attachment, your company must have a current (less than three years old) NIST SP 800-171 assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Contact the Agreements Officer and/or Agreements Specialist to request an electronic copy of the documents sent via DoD SAFE.
NOTE 2: The affordability statement applies to milestones 1-3 only, not the optional line items.
