Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a certified inspector from The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Level 2 or 3, for One-Metric Ton Containers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Helium Leak Testing for One-Metric Ton Containers as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), save helium gas, which will be supplied by TEAD. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Vendor must meet requirements in the PWS. The inspector shall be certified by The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Level II or Level III. The inspector shall submit NDT examiner certification records as well as eye exams in accordance with the (AWS) D1.1. The contractor shall be capable of helium leak testing the one-metric ton containers at TEAD; Tooele, UT 84074 Please review the attached Performance Work Statement.
