    18 December 2025 UPDATE TEM 15 Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and Virtual Friday, 30 JAN 2026 “Aligning to Rapidly Deliver Capability to the Warfighter” DESCRIPTION: The Army’s Capability Program Executive for Command, Control, Communications and Network (CPE C3N) and Command and Control Future Capability Directorate (C2 FCD) will host a network and C2-related technical exchange meeting (TEM) with industry partners, January 30, 2026, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and virtually via Microsoft Teams. TEM 15 will build upon previous TEMs with technical discussion and operational feedback to support Army C2 transformation efforts, including the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) ecosystem. TEM 15 will be a hybrid event hosted at APG, MD, and virtually. The theme for TEM is “Aligning to Rapidly Deliver Capability to the Warfighter.” TEM 15 will provide sessions centered around the theme and will include topic areas including, but not limited to: Government/Industry Technical Exchanges on Delivering the Next Generation Command and Control ecosystem Upcoming Contract Opportunities 30 JAN TEM 15 Location: Myer Auditorium (Bldg 6000), 6555 Surveillance Lp, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, or via MS Teams. IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FOR COMPANIES: In-person seating will be limited due to auditorium size. To ensure all industry partners have an equally distributed number of in-person seats, industry will initially register by COMPANY. Each company should appoint only one POC to register on behalf of their company. No individual registrations will be permitted. Company registration can be accessed via the link below and will remain open until 08 JAN, 12pm EST. Once company registration has closed, the government will correspond directly with each appointed company POC to issue an allotted number of seats, which will be equally distributed based on the number of registered companies. The company POC will then complete the registration process by submitting a list of names and email addresses of their selected attendees to the government. The company POC will also be able to submit names for a waitlist if additional seats become available. Please note: Individual registrations will NOT be accepted, and there will be NO onsite registration. No exceptions. PROJECT MANAGER (PM) ONE-ON-ONE OPPORTUNITIES: As part of TEM 15, CPE C3N will be hosting PM industry one-on-one engagements on Thursday, 29 Jan 2026. See attachment for details regarding participation. HOTELS NEARBY: There are numerous hotels in the area with all major chains represented in the Aberdeen and Belcamp areas. FOOD: We will not offer any refreshments at the TEM. Food trucks will be accessible in the courtyard outside of the Myer Auditorium. DRESS: Civilian: Business Casual; Military: OCP NOTE: The U.S. Army will make every effort to hold this meeting at the dates, times, and locations specified. The U.S. Army holds the right to cancel and/or change session event dates, times, and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to: inclement weather, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, speaker cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event. The U.S. Army holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. If the U.S. Army must cancel the event, the U.S. Army is not responsible for costs incurred in preparation for the TEM. In the event of predicted inclement weather, a decision will be made by 1700 EST on the prior day. If the event is cancelled, the notice will be posted on this website and an email will be sent to all registered participants. FORUM BACKGROUND: The Army’s Capability Program Executive for Command, Control, Communications and Network (CPE C3N) and Command and Control Future Capability Directorate (C2 FCD), along with Army partners, regularly host technical exchange meetings and industry forums as a means of exploring the art of the possible to meet Army network needs. The intent of the sessions is to enhance government and industry communication and enable industry to respond quicker to critical emerging requirements with innovative technology solutions and partnerships.
