Contractor must provide all cost associated with labor (including travel), materials, parts to service and repair the temperature humidity chamber and gas cost required to fix temperature chamber (or replaced failed vibration eliminator). The Contractor should include any shipping cost at the time of quote submission. In addition the contractor shall perform function checks to ensure the temperature chamber is fully operational and industry standards in accordance with the OEM procedures while mitigating unscheduled downtime. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for outlined details associated with this requirement.
This requirement will be evaluated based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and the evaluation factor will be the capability to perform repair (replace failed vibration eliminator) on HD-521 temperature - humidity chamber.
The PCARD will not be an authorized method of payment for this requirement and vendors who wish to be considered should have a Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) account for payment purposes. Vendors should have an active account in SAMs that has not expired.
