Include the following information on your quote: cage code, UEI number, company name, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes shall be valid 30SEP25 to be acknowledged in the offerors' quote.
Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Contractors must be actively registered in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil.
