As a result of this Sources Sought, the US Government will have a better understanding of industries capabilities in acquiring these services. It is anticipated this requirement will be solicited on a Full and Open basis at a later date. There is no solicitation currently. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal(s); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the Performance Work Statement requirements are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities (template attached) in response to this Sources Sought Notice by 10:00 AM ET on 05 January 2026.
