The RFI shall close on Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at 10:00AM EST. Interested offerors are asked to provide questions and responses electronically to Erik Foate, Contract Specialist, at erik.v.foate.civ@army.mil. Please note: This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This is strictly for informational purposes for the Government and no award will be given to this RFI. We appreciate any information that is given in response to this RFI.
