    The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), on behalf of the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS), is intends to issue a competitive small business set-aside for Theater Blood-Mobile (TBLD-M) Continuous Improvement, Enhancement, Testing and Fielding, Maintenance and Support in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal and attached documents.
