THERMAL INSULATION, FIBERGLASS

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for THERMAL INSULATION in accordance with solicitation specifications.

This acquisition wil be solicited as a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE firm fixed price supply type contract. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 01/02/2026 with a closing date on or about 01/09/2026. Requirement is being procured using FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Terms wil be FOB: ORIGIN BY FACT-SP (NOLSC): to U.S. NAVAL BASE YOKOSUKA JAPAN

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
