Orderable IDIQ Scope (Surge & Specialized Workload): The contractor shall maintain the capacity (including corporate reach-back) to dynamically scale support for discrete, project-specific task orders, including: Full Lifecycle Project Management for large, complex, or high-risk projects Stand-Alone Requirements Package development and A&E Design Management. Special Acquisition Support (developing new, large-scale contract vehicles). Stand-Alone Construction Inspection Augmentation.
