1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F3N7G45140A001-2 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

1. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, 07 August, 2025.

1. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332216 - Handtools, motor vehicle mechanics', manufacturing.

1. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is to advertise the requirement to have Offeror provide Various Tools & Equipment for Vehicle Maintenance.    

1. Refer to the attached RFQ for a description of Tool & Equipment requirements.

1.    Delivery period is within 30 days of contract award.
