TOTAL GROUND MAINTENANCE AT DMC, TIRRENIA, PISA, ITALY

This Pre-Solicitation is amendment to postpone the site visit date to 4 August 2026, at 9.30 pm.

NAICS: 561730 Landscape care and maintenance service

Description of the service:  This is a non-personal service to perform the total ground maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the total ground maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC Areas, as described in detail on the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS will be posted along with the Solicitation.

Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby and Pisa Ammunition Storage Area (PASA), Via Vecchia Livornese, Tirrenia, Pisa and at Leghorn Army Depot and Livorno Training Area (LTA), Via Aurelia, Tombolo, Pisa.

Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:

Period One                22 September 2026 – 21 September 2027

Period Two:               22 September 2027 – 21 September 2028

Period Three:            22 September 2028 – 21 September 2029

Period Four:               22 September 2029 – 21 September 2030

Period Five:                22 September 2030 – 21 September 2031

Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity.

Funding: The Government intends to award one Task Order concurrently with the basic contract that is in strict adherence to the established terms of the resultant basic ID/IQ contract. Funds will be obligated upon issuance of  each Task Order during the period of performance.

Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted in about two weeks.

Response date: The response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF-26-Q-A050)

Site visit/ pre-quote conference: A Site Visit is anticipated to be held on 4 August 2026, at 9.30 hrs. The meeting point will be at Camp Darby, Gate 4, Via Vecchia Livornese, Tirrenia Pisa. The date may be subject to change.

To participate to the Site Visit/Pre-Quote Conference, all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB), 17 July 2026, to the following e-mail address: ketti.andrei2.ln@army.mil and Brendan.a.deluca.civ@army.mil. 

Please, indicate in your e-mail the Solicitation Number/Title: "W912PF26QA050 -Total Ground Maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC”; the name of your company; company address; phone number; e-mail address and the name of person(s) who will participate to the site visit (maximum two persons per Company).  Please, also provide a copy of  the Identification Card of the person participating to the site visit and a copy of the Chamber of Commerce Certificate. Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude the offeror from participating in this requirement. Note: Interested Parties are NOT required to attend the pre-quote conference to submit an offer.
