TOW TRACTOR REPAIRS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 70Z03825QE0000066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04, effective 11 June 2025.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5 Million. This is an unrestricted requirement.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis for the Repairs in Attachment 2 – Statement of Work– 70Z03825QE0000066. Interested parties shall complete Attachment 1 – Schedule – 70Z03825QE0000066 and submit with the quotation.  

Only the items requested in Attachment 1 – Schedule – 70Z03825QE0000066 will be considered for award. All items shall have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), JC Bamford Excavators LTD (Cage Code K7599). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from the OEM to its current location. All repairs shall be performed by an authorized JCB Dealer or Distributor Facility. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation and its’ attachments. All items shall be NEW approved items.   

The Contractor’s facility must be within 50 miles of the CGAS Miami; 14750 NW 44TH Ct, Opa-Locka, FL 33054.
