    Description

    This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461325Q0020, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

    The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 07 August 2025, Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAS) published 17 January 2025, and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) DAFAC 10/16/2024 effective 16 October 2024.

    FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services

    NOTE: All proposal preparation costs will be the sole responsibility of the offeror. The Government will not reimburse any firm for their proposal preparation cost. 

    I. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of proposal, offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. Offeror is required to meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications. Failure to meet a requirement may result in an offer being ineligible for award. Refer to the following documents:

    Attachment 2 - Vendor Confirmation Form

    II. Offeror shall be registered in SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Offerors must ensure their company is registered with SAM at time of quote submission or at the time quotes are due. Any offeror without a current SAM registration shall not be considered for award.

    III. Questions are due by 11:00 am MDT, Thrusday 18 September 2025. Submit questions by emailing michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil and liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil.

    IV. Responses/quotes are due no later than 11:00 am MDT, Tuesday 23 Sept 2025 by emailing proposals to michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil and liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil. 

    V. Proposal Submission:

    1. Refer to Attachment 1 - PWS 10 Sept 2025 for scope of work.

    2. Contractor shall acknowledge understanding of the services provided in the PWS and complete Attachment 2 - Vendor Confirmation.

    3. Contractor shall acknowledge and provide documentation that all components provided shall be compatible with existing Yunex System.
