Vendor's must clearly identify if the transmitter supply parts are considered commercially available. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses must be submitted via e-mail to the Primary Point of Contact for this notice later than 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time on 23 February 2026.
