TRANSPORTATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR DISPOSITION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03425HONO0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for transportation of equipment for disposition as noted in the attached statement of work.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 07 August 2025.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 484220 with a size standard of $34,000,000. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for the item found below as a result of this synopsis/solicitation: transportation of material for disposal from Air Station Barbers Point to Pearl Harbor.

Partial quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must include estimated competition date, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number and Tax Identification Number. Vendors providing an offer must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The vendors SAM registration must be in an “ACTIVE” status prior to award. Vendors must ensure that the above listed NAICS codes are listed on their SAM registration.

This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract.  The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Pricing must be all-inclusive and valid for a minimum of 45 days.
