Delivery to the Portland District Warehouse at 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 October 1, 2025. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under 334511, Search, detection, navigation, guidance, aeronautical and nautical system and instrument, automatic pilot mechanisms and airborne gyro components, with a size standard of 1,350 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Portland District Contracting Office Small Business Specialist is Maura Timmerman, at (402) 370-0095. The government requests quotes for the following: Provide all materials, equipment, and transportation to procure one (1) Trimble SX12 scanning total station with all required components for operation. All parts and equipment shall be procured from a factory authorized Trimble dealer. The Trimble SX12 scanning total station system shall consist of: Configuration - SX12-CFG-20 - Standard and Laser Pointer Instrument – SX12 HW – 02 -Trimble SX12 1” with Wi-Fi HaLow Radio – 123731-00-GEO -EM130 Radio Module Warranty - Trimble Protected Premium Warranty - Hardware - SX12 Scanning Total Station, 5 Years duration, covering repairs/rentals during repairs and annual maintenance/calibration by authorized Trimble repair center *Prices shall include any applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.
