The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing televisions to outfit the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center’s Multi-Specialty CBOC in Rolla, MO.

Interested businesses can respond via email to matthew.curl@va.gov, with the following information:
(1) Company point of contact, including name, title, phone number, and email address.
(2) Company name, SAM.gov UEI number, small business/socioeconomic status, and address of the applicable office.
(3) Provide marketing literature of the available product that meets the salient characteristics provided in the Statement of Work.
(4) State country of origin/manufacture of the products referenced in the response.
(5) State whether the potential source is authorized distributor of the manufacturer’s products.
Additional information may be requested by the Contracting Officer at a later time.

The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this source sought notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government shall in no way be bound to this information if a solicitation is issued. The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside, if applicable. However, if response by Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms proves inadequate, an alternate set-aside or FULL and OPEN competition will be considered.
