TWO DIFFERENT TYPE OF O-RING GASKET SEALS

This is a notice of intent to issue a Limited Source Justification/sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for confidential Licensed agreement of O-Rings Gasket Rubber Seals that are used for Hawk Missile at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP).
Only one authorized supplier, Jonal Laboratories Incorporated, currently owns the proprietary drawings and specifications of these Gasket Seals and has the material and technical ability to ensure the uniform compatibility and performance to match existing integrated equipment and systems already in place. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.
This is not a request for offers.  A decision by the Government not to complete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
