Purpose: Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) SafeHaven Branch is seeking Type II Tray Enhanced Leak Testing. The intent of this Notice is to support a pending Justification and Approval for a non-competitive award directly to HDT Global, 2109 Emmorton Rd, Suite 120, Edgewood, MD 21040, Cage: 92878. When utilizing the authority at FAR 6.302-1, the contracting officer shall post a request for information or a sources sought notice and shall include the results of this inquiry in the justification required by FAR 6.303. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) database. SAM registration can be found at https://sam.gov. Business Size Standard: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is now 541380, Nondestructive testing laboratories or services. The Product Service Code for this requirement is R425 – Support- Professional: Engineering/Technical Industry Day: This acquisition will not have its own industry day. Estimated Dollar Value: Not to exceed $60,000.00 Estimated Period of Performance: January 5, 2026 through December 30, 2026. Place of Contract Performance: This contract requires all work to be performed at contractor’s facility near to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
