    Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Estonia will launch the solicitation on the System of Award Management (SAM.gov) website when it is available.

    The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn requires reoccurring lodging services at a 4-star or higher category hotel in Tallinn, Estonia, for the purposes of accommodating attendees and instructors during week-long training program courses. The program is scheduled to conduct two courses in 2025 and an additional four to five courses in 2026 and 2027.

    Contractor shall provide a guaranteed minimum of two (2) and a maximum of thirty-three (33) standard or superior rooms in Tallinn, Estonia, per training session with single occupancy for six (6) to eight (8) consecutive nights. Lodging rooms shall be at minimum 20 m2 in size and shall include private bath, overcoat closet, heating and air conditioning, and telephone and free wireless internet. The hotel shall be located at Tallinn city center, Estonia.

    The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with two (2) one-year options.
