U.S. GOVERNMENT SPACE REQUIRED: DALY CITY, CA

The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements:

1. A minimum of 2,383 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 2,510 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
2. Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years.
3. Located within a defined delineated area: City Limits of Daly City, CA IS THE DELINEATED AREA A CLOSED BOUNDARY? Further define delineated area if needed, include screenshot of delineated area map if available, not required.

1. Undesignated on-site parking for up to seven (7) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis 

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.  

Submission Requirements

Interested respondents must submit the following:

1. Building name and address
2. Location of available space within the building
3. Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered
4. Date space will be available
5. Proposed rental rate per RSF
6. Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner

The Government has issued a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) concurrent with this advertisement.

Interested parties should review the RLP package for complete submission instructions, evaluation factors, and proposal requirements. Respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Only complete RLP responses submitted by the due date will be considered for award.

Proposals must be must be received no later than 6:00 PM PDT on 05/25/2026. Only complete RLP responses submitted by the due date will be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Submissions must be made electronically via email to the Government point of contact below.
