TO OFFEROR: This RFQ is to obtain pricing for items that are not currently funded but are expected to receive funding this fiscal year through fall out funds, prior to 30 September 2025. Your quote must remain valid until this date. Therefore, no award will be made under this quote until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this quote before 30 September 2025.

The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, intends to award a competitive purchase order to a qualified local vendor that is registered to perform the business in the country of Japan. An offeror shall possess the active SAM registration with the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE)/NATO CAGE (NCAGE) code, which identifies the offeror located in the geographical area of Japan, i.e., CAGE/NCAGE code starting with J (J-type NCAGE). The offeror shall provide the BAUER or equal Air Compressor equipment and require removal of existing Air Compressor. For the BAUER brand name or equal requirement, please see the attached Class Justification and Approval (J&A).
This purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.500(a) and the maximum practicable competition within the local trade area, i.e., Japan, as authorized by FAR 13.104(b). All interested vendors, who are qualified local vendors that are registered to perform the business in the country of Purchase of Air Compressor and require removal of existing Air Compressor for Bldg. 530 and 1247, Yokota Air Base, Japan Japan and believe they can meet the requirements, are invited to contact the point(s) of contact shown in this notice to participate in this opportunity by providing their J-type NCAGE mentioned above along with the information describing their ability to provide the product/services described in this notice.
