IWMS consists of solid (to include recycling), non-hazardous and hazardous liquid waste collections and removal. As of the date of this PWS, USVF locations include Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, Feltwell, Mildenhall, Alconbury, Blenheim Crescent, Croughton, Fairford, Molesworth and Welford. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract, as well as all applicable United Kingdom laws and regulations, international agreements, Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) and appropriate Final Governing Standards (FGS) or in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD).
