AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Update solicitation description.
2. Push back question due date to Tuesday, 22 July 2025 at 12:00 PM MDT
3. Push back proposal due date to Thursday 24 July 2025 at 2:00 PM MDT

Notice: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The 21st Contracting Squadron is seeking to procure a Brannen flute for the United States Air Force Academy Band, as detailed in Attachment 1 (Salient Characteristics - Flute).

Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service 339992 – Muscial Instrument Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees.

Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside.

Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
