Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 5/26/26 at 1100 Eastern Time located at: USCG Communication Command 1900 Indian River Road Virginia Beach, VA 23456 Interested parties must arrange site visits with Nate Chappell at 757-483-8792, Nathan.C.Chappell@uscg.mil and Hayden Heyer 757-375-1183, Gary.H.Heyer@uscg.mil. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
