This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offers are due by 1400 CENTRAL (Local Eglin AFB Time), 25 August 2025. Offers shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Use of DoD Safe or email as alternate electronic proposal submission methods may only be used with prior authorization from the contracting officer and if the PIEE Solicitation Module is unavailable. LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. An additional site visit will be conducted on 28 August 2025, 0900 -1000 CENTRAL (Local Eglin AFB Time). To maintain compliance and uphold the integrity of the Academic Training Center (ATC), all personnel must be verified as U.S. citizens before gaining access. To receive access, a completed I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification (attachment 5 of the SOW) form shall be completed. All completed copies shall be directly sent via encrypted email to Anthony Perlman (anthony.perlman.1.ctr@us.af.mil) or Tim Scott (timothy.scott.27.ctr@us.af.mil) by 21 August 2025. Additionally hard copies may also be dropped off at the ATC. Please note contractors may a copy of the as-built drawings per Amendment 0001 and 0002. Amendment 0004 is to release the responses to the RFIs that were submitted to the Government. Amendment 0005 is to update the RFI answers revised 09/09/2025.
