Refer to the attached Statement of Work for additional details. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. Two site visits will be held on 04/29/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Base Portsmouth located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth VA 23703. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Nate Chappell, (206) 815-2176, nathan.c.chappell@uscg.mil. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
