The Government contemplates award of a Requirements contract resulting from this solicitation, with firm fixed-price task orders, on the basis of other than full and open competition with authorized Carver Pump distributor, K&M Industrial, LLC. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the opening/closing date. All brand-name assemblies (parts and components) provided must support the various USCG-owned Carver Pump units that are currently installed on the WMSL cutter fleet, including any spare parts (that are installed). These parts will support the recurring maintenance requirements for the various Carver Pump units that are currently installed on the USCG WMSL cutter fleet.
