    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation 25-21 for FAR Part 12 in Support of Executive Order on Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement. Solicitation number 52800PR26C2N012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Coast Guard requirement for services for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding to support Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) antenna repair onboard CGC Kimball located at Base Honolulu, HI. This solicitation is in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Instruction to offerors and details regarding the solicitation are provided in the attached document- USCG Request for Quotation- CGC Kimball Scaffolding. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Contract Line Item 0001: Unit- Job, Description: Scaffolding services to support Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) antenna repair onboard CGC Kimball located at Base Honolulu, HI. All specifications are detailed in Attachment 1- Statement of Work. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this requirement is 30 January 2026 – 01 March 2026, however, all timelines detailed in the SOW should be adhered to and coordinated with the technical POC. Scaffolding to be installed on Monday, 02 February 2026. 03 February 2026 shall be allotted as an overflow day, if required. Demobilization to be completed no later than Friday, 13 February 2026 Place of Performance: CGC Kimball, USCG Base Honolulu, 400 Sand Island Parkway, Honolulu, Hi 96819. All applicable clauses and provisions are included in Attachment 2- Provisions and Clauses. RESPONSES to this RFQ must be forwarded electronically via email to the Contract Specialist at ann.m.leuters@uscg.mil and the Contracting Officer at mark.a.rushing@uscg.mil. This is a short suspense requirement. All responses are due no later than 28 January 2026 at 1:00PM EST. Late response will not be accepted.
