A site visit for all interested quoters will be held on 02/19/2026 at 1000 Eastern Standard Time at the project site located at the following address: Naval Support Activity Northwest Annex 1320 Northwest Blvd Chesapeake, VA 23322 All quoters interested in attending the site visit shall coordinate with the QAE identified in Attachment 1 Statement of Work no later than three days in advance of the scheduled site visit to ensure proper access to the facility. Quoters are expected to satisfy themselves regarding all conditions that may affect the work required or the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site and/or equipment constitute grounds for any protest or contract claim.
