All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 29-MAY-2026 via email to Jackson.A.Wysor2@uscg.mil and to Frank.R.Burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON 21-MAY-2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 19-MAY-2026, 10:00 AM at USCG STA Crisfield; 810 Norris Harbor Dr., Crisfield, MD 21817. Interested parties must arrange site visits with MK1 Dominic Deview, 443-944-6728, Dominic.E.Deview@uscg.mil a minimum of three (3) days in advance. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
