This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 441227. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in Sam.Gov

All offers must include this full configuration and meet or exceed the listed specifications. Partial quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must include estimated delivery date, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number and Tax Identification Number. Vendors providing an offer must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The vendors SAM registration must be in an “ACTIVE” status prior to award. Vendors must ensure that the above listed NAICS codes are listed on their SAM registration.

This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract.  The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Pricing must be FOB Destination to ZIP Code 96915 and valid for a minimum of 45 days.
