This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation {FAR} Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR 13.106-1{b}{1}, allowing the Contracting Officer

the Government. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. Statement of Work: CGC Healy – Bow Thruster – Suction Bowl
Background: During FY26 Arctic Patrol, CGC Healy suffered a casualty to the bow thruster system. Ther was a 10-inch crack on the bow thruster bowl section and had to be temporarily repaired to control flooding. Currently, bow thruster system is for emergency operation only.
Objective is to provide CGC Healy with a bowl for the bow thruster system.
