U. S. COAST GUARD CUTTER MAPLE

JO-KELL Custom NEM12 30HP 460V SIZE 3 Controllers (New item ESG539406-1)

SECTION 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Scope of Work
Provide two ESG539406-1 JO-KELL CUSTOM NEMA12 30HP 460V Size 3 Controllers, 120V/60, 100/50 Coil Disc Switch NF. Full voltage non-reversing combination starter, high voltage thermal resistor, overload relay with control power transformer terminal blocks and wired. (FVNR COMBO STARTER HTR OLR W/ CPT TERM BLKS & WIRED). Configured per existing Drawing Y-156515, T. Garland.

1.3 Required Delivery Date and Address

Required supplies shall be delivered to the below address within 8-10 weeks of notice of award and tracking info must be supplied within 48 hours of each individual supply being shipped.

1.4 Award
It is the governments’ intent to make award on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offered through issuance of a firm fixed price contract.

1.4.1. Under FAR 4.1103 prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Failure for contractor to be registered in (SAM) shall result in Contracting Officer to proceed with next successful registered offeror. Website:  www.sam.gov

1.5 Invoicing
Invoices shall be submitted via IPP.gov with an attached copy of the invoice included by the vendor that clearly includes the Purchase Order.
