This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the quoter with the Lowest Price.

Scope of Work:
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Industrial Production Facility New Orleans is requiring a vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete cleaning and flushing of the USCGC Saginaw sewage system during their dockside from APR 13 – MAY 18.

Material Requirements:
The contractor shall supply all necessary materials, including but not limited to:

All materials must be new, of good quality, and meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Project Requirements:
The contractor shall perform the complete cleaning and flushing of the sewage system per the attached statement of work.

Specifications and Site Visits:
Refer to the attached Statement of Work for detailed specifications, illustrations, and Points of Contact (POCs) for arranging site visits.

Site Visit:
FAR 52.237-1 - Site Visit: Site Visits will not be offered due to the curent location of the Saginaw and its expected departure and arrival to New Orleans from Mobile, AL to begin its dockside maintenance period.
