    The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Field Procurement Operations East Zone, Supply & Services CSA #3 is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy, FAR Deviation NOV 2025 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, and FAR deviation NOV 2025 12.201-1(e)(3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against BPA for Cheoah Ranger District Recreational Janitorial/Mowing Services BPA 12444123A0007 awarded against solicitation number: 12444123R0006. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved company eligible for call orders under BPA 12444123A0007. The scope of the BPA is to provide janitorial services and grounds & lawn maintenance for Cheoah Ranger district recreational areas, including but not limited to trash removal and disposal off-site, cleaning of restroom facilities, and lawn maintenance of grassy areas and numerous picnic areas. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE). The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
