The United States Government intends to exercise a Renewal Option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Destrehan, LA.
The Government requests office and related space yielding a minimum of 10,109 to a maximum of 10,641 ANSI/BOMA office area and 12 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located with the delineated area below, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
Delineated Area:
Northern Boundary – US Hwy Interstate 10
Southern Boundary – Not to extend south beyond Hwy 48 (East Bank River Road)
Eastern Boundary – St. Rose, LA (not to extend beyond St. Charles Parish Line)
Western Boundary – Western Boundaries of Norco (not to extend beyond Apple St.)
To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on May 1, 2026. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
